What is the status of my company’s application to join the Business Visa Program?
- Once your company submits the required documents, the Consular Section reviews the completeness of the application and begins a security review. The time required for a complete evaluation varies, but we value highly your interest in joining the Program and therefore process the applications as quickly as we can. We will contact you as soon as we make a final decision or determine that we need additional information. You can always send us an e-mail to BusinessBogota@state.gov to obtain the status of your company’s application. If the application is approved, the Consular Section will send you an information package explaining the specific procedures new members must follow.
