You may also call the immigrant visa every Wednesday from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at (57-1) 275-4900, except during official holidays. Normal long distance charges apply when calling from outside the Bogotá area.
Please note: Due to the extremely large number of callers you may be unable to reach a Consular representative. If you cannot reach someone, please send an e-mail to IVbogota@state.gov, where your question will be given individualized attention by the Consular Section.
