A Colombia Free of Drugs Seminar
Deputy Chief of Mission Milton Drucker participated in the inauguration of the seminar A Colombia Free of Drugs, which included participants from the Colombian Government and NGOs who work on drug demand reduction. The purpose of the Seminar was to increase institutional coordination and information-sharing on the fight against the increased use of drugs among Colombians. Dr. Eduardo Hernandez, deputy director for Dissemination and Coalition relations of the Virginia based Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America, spoke on network building efforts among institutions on drug prevention.
